MODULE II.

RETURNS BY ENVIA.COM SERVICES


I.- CONCEPTS


Customer/User: is the individual who made a purchase of an item in the Seller's E-Commerce with the desire to make a return of the purchased product. 

Seller: is the E-Commerce that carries out product sales activities through its website where its Customers can purchase products online. 

Return Page: it is the link created exclusively for the Seller and his store, which is shared with the Customer so that the latter can request returns, if the Customer so wishes.

II.- SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Returns By Envia.com offers a personalized returns page for you to make a request for the return of the items you wish to return to the Seller to optimize the process and obtain the best return experience.

III.- REGISTRATION

It is not necessary for the Customer to register a user to initiate and send the return request to the Seller, it will be enough with his email and order number to be able to process his request. The Customer may click on the returns page shared by the Seller, where some data will be requested to process the request and send it to the Seller, so that the latter is able to admit or reject the request.

IV.- LINK TO THE RETURNS PAGE 

To start the return process, the Customer needs to access the link shared by the Seller, where the Customer must write the order number he/she used at the time of making his purchase, as well as his email, when sending these details, if these are correct, the Customer will verify the data of his order and if it has already been delivered, you can continue with the process.

V.- RETURN REQUEST 

To request a return, the Customer must follow the following steps: 

  1. Enter the Seller's returns page link. 

  2. A menu is displayed, you must add the order number and your email used in your purchase.

  3. The search for your order starts. 

  4. The Status of the order is displayed, if the order appears as "Delivered" the return process is continued. If not, the order will appear as "Not Delivered"; you must wait for it to be marked as Delivered to continue with the process. 

  5. Verify that the data is correct and if so, click on the option "I want to return my package". 

  6. You will receive a notification in your email to proceed with the request. 

  7. A form will appear with the summary of your order where you must select the items to be returned and their quantity, adding the reason, evidence, and comments of the return, as well as the solution, being any of the following (i) money back or (ii) exchange of item. 

  8. The request is sent to the Seller. 

  9. The seller accepts or rejects your request. 

If your request is rejected, you will receive an email with the Status of the Application and the reason for it. 

  1. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with the Status of the Application, with the guide of the corresponding parcel and the indications of the return of the package. 

  2. The Seller receives the package with your items to be returned. 

  3. You receive a notification to your email about the receipt of the package from the Seller. 

  4. In the event where you have chosen the return of the money, your request will be marked as Resolved and here the return process ends. 

  5. If you chose an item change, the Seller would send you the tracking number on the correct items to the shipping address selected in your first shipment, the arrival time will depend on the selected parcel, you can be in constant communication with the Seller through its main Sales channels. 

  6. Once you have received the correct items, the Status of the return request will be marked as "Resolved".

 

VI.- APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION. 

The Seller receives a notification with the customer's return request, which may be viewed, approved, or rejected in accordance with its return guidelines implemented in its store. If the request is rejected by the User, the Customer is notified along with the reason and the return process is not initiated. An example by which your request may be rejected, is because the Seller does not accept changes or returns on certain merchandise from its store (makeup, swimwear, underwear) or because of certain conditions of the item (damage due to the customer's negligence, exceeded the time indicated to make an exchange and/or return. The above is a simulated example to be able to have an overview of the situations that may occur. On the understanding that Returns by Envia.com does not and will not influence the approval or rejection of the Seller by the Customer's request.

 

VII.- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. 

If the Seller approves the customer's return request, the process begins, where the Seller loads the guide for the return, as well as the parcel and tracking number selected for the Customer, the latter must print the guide and place the products to be returned with the appropriate packaging for shipment and deliver it to the corresponding parcel. When the Seller has received the package at the address indicated in the guide, the Customer will be notified that he has received the package.

 

VIII.- CHANGE OF ARTICLE 

If you have started the return process and selected an item exchange, the Seller will send the new items to the address indicated in your purchase, where you will be notified with an email of the new tracking number of the guide with the corresponding parcel. At the time of receiving the package at your home, the Status of the request will appear as "Resolved".

 

IX.- FINALIZE RETURN

When the Customer receives the package with his new item, the status of the return request as "resolved" to successfully finalize and complete the return process.

 

X.- RESPONSE TIMES 

It is understood and accepted that Returns By Envia.com does not maintain any obligation in the process of returning the items by the Customer, as well as for response times to the return request. The Seller is responsible for responding to customer requests in the time it deems appropriate under the processes used in its Store.

XI.- SHIPMENT OF NEW ITEMS 

The delivery of shipments will strictly apply the terms and conditions of services of the Courier and Parcel Agencies. Returns By Envia.Com is excluded from any anomaly of the Services of the Courier and Parcel Agencies, and if applicable, will be protected by these Terms and Conditions of the Services. All delivery times can be consulted with the guide number provided by Envia.com on the website of the parcel company chosen by the Seller. 

XII.- RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNS BY ENVIA.COM

The Client to his full satisfaction and conformity acknowledges that the responsibility of Returns By Envia.com, is limited to the fulfillment and correct functioning of the platform, on the understanding that Returns by Envia.com does not maintain contact with the merchandise transported and does not maintain communication with the Client. Both the Customer and the Seller undertake to hold harmless, and where appropriate to indemnify, Returns by Envia.com against any claim, demand and/or fine, received by Returns by Envia.com and/or its directors by any administrative authority and/or third parties, due to the lack of communication, process, delivered and undelivered packages.

For the purposes of making timely notifications, Returns By Envia.com designates as the contact address specified as its own in the one stipulated at the beginning of these terms and conditions. The email provided by the User during the registration process on the website will be used by Returns By Envia.com for the purpose of notifying the User from the moment of contracting until the satisfaction of the Client. The User is obliged to keep duly updated the data referred to in this clause for the purposes of notifications. All Notifications made by Returns By Envia.com to the User will be considered validly made if they have been made using the correct and accurate data, through the means indicated above. Returns By Envia.com is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the User's violation of their obligation to keep their contact details updated. 

II.- APPLICABLE LAW. 

By visiting Envia.com, you agree that the laws of the United Mexican States, regardless of your domicile and conflicts of laws, will govern these terms and conditions, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Returns By Envia.com or its affiliates.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Returns By Envia.com will be submitted to alternative methods of dispute resolution, except that, to the extent that you, in any way, have violated, threatened to violate the intellectual property rights of Returns By Envia.com. Returns By Envia.com may seek injunctive or other relief in the State or Federal court in the State of Nuevo Leon and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

I.- CONCEPTS

User: is the E-Commerce that carries out sales activities through its website where the Customer can purchase products online. 

 

Ecart API: is an API connection tool to all E-Commerce platforms for developers at the enterprise level. 

 

Integration: is the process of connecting data and applications through APIs. Dashboard: it is a data panel where the indicators of the User's account are visually displayed, providing the information of the flow of returns, as well as a tutorial of the steps that have to be followed when the user is new. 

 

Return Page: it is the link created exclusively for the User and his store, which he shares with his Clients in order to request returns, if the Client so wishes.

 

II.- SERVICE DESCRIPTION

 

Returns By Envia.com provides Users with the service of a software for the management and control of returns for customers through its website, where you can configure the conditions of the return, as well as share the link of the return portal to optimize the process and obtain the best return experience.

 

III.- ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

 

El Usuario que desee utilizar los servicios de Returns By Envia.com deberá de registrarse en Returns By Envia.com aceptando los Términos y Condiciones, así como su Aviso de Privacidad para obtener un registro exitoso y gozar de los beneficios. Para registrarse es obligatorio completar el formulario de registro en todos los campos con datos válidos e información personal exacta, precisa y verdadera.

 

IV. INTEGRATION

  1. Register the User in Returns By Envia.com.

  3. Click continue in the "Connect your Store" section. 

  4. Select your E-Commerce. 

  5. Add the URL of your E-Commerce. 

  6. Click Continue to continue with the integration of the selected E-Commerce. 

  7. A notice will appear on the screen where your store has been integrated. 

  8. Once the store is integrated, you can go to the returns page to start setting up your store.

 

V.- RETURNS PAGE 

 

When you integrate your store, the returns page is created automatically. The User can configure the return page at his convenience. The customer must write the order number and his email to begin with the return process.

 

VI.- MODIFICATION TO THE RETURN PAGE

On the settings page, the User can modify various aspects for the returns page, such as cover photo, logo, links, language and decide whether to activate or deactivate the returns page. There is a preview tab for you to visualize the changes that you are adapting in real time and once saved, you can view them on the returns page.

VII.- LINK TO THE RETURNS PAGE

Once the store is integrated and the returns page is configured, the User is ready to share and enable the link of the returns page to share with customers. It is recommended to place the link in a visible part on the website of your store for quick access

VIII.- RETURN REQUEST 

To request a return, the Customer must enter the link of the User's returns page, add the order number and his email so that the system starts the search for the order, if the order appears as "Delivered" the return process continues, the Customer must verify that the data is correct and if so, click on the option "I want to return my package". The Customer will receive a notification in his email to continue with the request, where a form will appear with the summary of his order where he must select the items to be returned and their quantity, adding the reason, evidence and comments of the return, as well as the solution, being any of the following (i) refund of money or (ii) exchange of item and the way to return the package, that is, the User must send a guide to the customer for the return of the package, this once the User must accept the request for the return. Once the application is completed, an email is sent to the client with the information corresponding to the request. On the understanding that when the system searches for the order of the Customer's items and appears as "Not Delivered", the Customer is not a candidate to make a return request, he must wait for the package to be delivered to start with the process.

IX.- APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION. 

The User receives a notification of the customer's request, which can be viewed in their dashboard and approve or reject according to their return guidelines implemented in their store. If the User approves the customer's return request, the process begins, where the User uploads the guide for the return, as well as the parcel and tracking number selected for the Customer If the request is rejected by the User, the Customer is notified along with the reason and the return process is not initiated.

 

X.- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. 

Once the request is approved, the Client will receive an email with the instructions to follow for the return of the package, where the Client must print the guide and place the products to be returned with the appropriate packaging for shipment and deliver it to the corresponding parcel. When the User has received the package at the address indicated in the guide, he must notify it in the dashboard so that the Client is notified that he has received the package.

 

XI.- CHANGE OF ARTICLE 

For greater inventory control, if the Customer requires a change of item, the User must create an order in his E-Commerce and send the package to the Customer.

XII.- RESOLVE RETURN / MARK AS RESOLVED 

When the Customer receives the package with his new item, the User must change the status of the return request as "resolved" in his dashboard to successfully complete and complete the return process.

XIII.- TABLE OF REQUESTS

The User will be able to view all the return requests in the dashboard, where the status of each one will appear, either marked as pending, approved, rejected, received, and resolved, as well as the details of each order.

 

XIV.- INTEGRATED STORES. 

In this section the User can view the stores integrated so far and where he can integrate more than one store of different E-Commerce.

 

XV.- SERVICE FEE

The returns software offered by Returns By Envia.com is free per launch. On the understanding that said rate is subject to change without prior authorization and/or notice to users.

XVI.- RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNS BY ENVIA.COM 

The User to his full satisfaction and conformity acknowledges that the responsibility of Returns By Envia.com, is limited to the fulfillment and correct functioning of the platform, on the understanding that Returns by Envia.com does not maintain contact with the merchandise transported and does not maintain communication with the Client. The User undertakes to hold harmless, and where appropriate to indemnify, Envia.com against any claim, demand and or fine, received by Returns By Envia.com and/or its directors by any administrative authority and/or third parties, due to the lack of communication, process, packages delivered and not delivered.


XVI.- RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNS BY ENVIA.COM.
